Crafty! Glitter Ornaments

Glitter Ornaments

Waxed paper or aluminum foil
Elmers Glue
Glitter

Have your child draw design on a piece of waxed
paper or foil using the glue; a star, moon,
snowflake, etc. Make sure that all of the lines
connect. Put the piece of waxed paper or foil into
a box or something that will contain the glitter,
then pour the glitter onto the glue. Let it set
awhile, then peel off the paper or foil and shake
off excess glitter - be careful if the glue picture
has big globs of glue, you might want these to dry
a little longer before shaking. Let the whole thing
dry for a couple of hoursor more, depending on how
thick the glue was. Then peel off the waxed paper
backing, and you have a glitter ornament.
Attach a piece of string, thread, yarn for hanging.

Crafty! Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments #2

Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments #2

1 pound Jar sweetened applesauce
8 ounces Cinnamon

Drain 1 pound jar of sweetened applesauce overnight.
Add 8 ounces of cinnamon to this and mix together
well. Pat into a ball, press hard to solidify and
mix. Pat out in 1 cup units onto wax paper, push to
1/4" - 1/2" thickness and cut with cookie cutters.
Poke a hole with a toothpick in the top of each for
hanging. Dry on wax paper overnight. Turn over and
dry in a warm place for several days. Then hang a
ribbon through the hole, use as a decoration or a
kind of sachet. Kids will have a wonderful time
kneading and mixing this dough. The ornaments
can also be decorated with paints, beads, etc.
They are definitely NOT edible.

Forgive my delay!

I got wrapped up in cleaning and going to the gas station to get a few things and then back to cleaning that I forgot the cheap under $10 witchy list.
I did manage to do some loads of laundry and wash as much of the dirty dishes while I still had hot warm water to let some things soak.
But I managed to find some awesome stuff on a couple of websites and I really really want to get my lists done before I show you the awesome stuff I found.
Trying everyday to declutter my house so my brain functions better and I can get around more easier.
Other than that I made grapefruit juice and it was delicious!

I have a juicer that looks like this.
So I guess today was a writing/cleaning day and I still feel like I have stuff that I could get done before the night. All that is left for me to do is to make dinner, take my Fish Oil capsule, feed the dogs, and take my Melatonin for sleep

LIST BREAK!!!!

I just wanted to take a break.*sighs* Oh My Goddess!!A little earlier, when I was posting lists, my cat Krakken farted sleeping next to me on the couch.I had to cover my nose with my Billy Idol T-shirt.It truly is a nice day for a white wedding!LOL!On the other hand I'm trying to keep myself up by drinking caffeinated Coca-Cola that my dad left behind.I'll probably switch to coffee after the coke well is all dried up.LOL!I think my cat Krakken is now staring down the Amish heater that we have.I can tell that he's thinking that it's going to be a loooooooooong day because he just sighed. My middle child cat Thorn is resting on my team jacket.Every rose has it's thorns.I'm the rose and he's my thorn.

My familiar Thorn.I love my chubby cheeks Thorn so much!
